Return Policy
These returns are for the 7-Eleven Logo Store ONLY. If you are needing to return something purchased in a 7-Eleven store, please contact the store directly.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the order was placed and cannot be washed or worn. All returns will need a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) Form filled out below. A shipping label will be emailed to you to ship back your return at no cost to you.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. If any items are deemed non-returnable, we will be in contact with you via phone and/or email.
All refunds will be refunded to the same method that you paid with or a store credit will be issued.
