Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, simply call (972) 418-4977 to expedite your exchange or return.

NOTE:
Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of the order and must be in the original condition.  A credit is available for the merchandise only.  Freight is non-refundable.

Merchandise Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will hold your order until that item is in stock. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your complete order directly to you.

Shipping Information
Merchandise is shipped via UPS; however we ask that you provide a street address rather than a Post Office Box. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Larger orders may take an additional week or two depending on availability.  Overnight delivery is available for additional charge.

NOTE: Please indicate clearly if your order is needed for a certain date, so we may ship accordingly.
