All shipping costs to and from our facility for returns and exchanges are at your expense.
All sales are final unless a stock item or found defective.
Customized items may NOT be returned unless they are found defective. This applies to items that have received custom imprinting or personalization. If an item is defective please email Rita Greeley, email@example.com.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. If any items are deemed non-returnable, we will be in contact with you via phone and/or email.
